Insurance Coverage

One of a Kind Therapy participates with Aetna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna for speech, occupational and physical therapy.  Insurance coverage is not guaranteed and is dependent on each patient's specific policy.  We will work directly with in-network insurance companies to determine eligibility and benefits and payment for services covered.  

One of a Kind Therapy is an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies and will bill insurance directly to help facilitate reimbursement.  Insurance reimbursement cannot be guaranteed and may be the responsibility of the patient.
